Big exposure to sophisticated equipments and Holcim training module. After training, there is nothing much left.

Dislikes

All plants are at remote locations, culture is lala types. Your salary is so low that you cannot afford to do anything. You can often see managers smoking is plant that is prohibited and no one can say anything because they are kids of thermal plant managers (flyash suppliers)

It's a very good organization to work. Carrier growth and opportunity was there.

Dislikes

Salary at low level management employee, was very low compare to others competitor. And some of plant level top management was spoil the plant culture and unity of work force.

... thinking about but honestly Ambuja Cement limited is better workplace in india. Ambuja cement limited good in salary slab , accomodation , work culture, CSR, H&S , and Green plants.

It was a fantastic place for a fruitful career. Good culture, good working condition, salary,perks and benefits, work life balance etc was okay. But this was till sept 2022. After Adani took over in September 2022, it has become one of the worst organisation to work.

Dislikes

After Adani took over, there's no job security. People are transferred at the drop of a hat, early retirement, forceful retirement, HR one of the worst department, colony welfare compromised, senior people retired at will, certain department being outsourced without employees welfare being considered, health and safety not a priority at all. Now only business and profit matters. Else, everything has taken a backseat

Good work environment if your reporting manager support to you. Provide online job training session, appraisals are average but they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. or depends on your reporting manager.
