Salary structure of lower level management employees is not upto the mark as per market scenario and work load profiles. Transfers of employees without their consent out of their original professional backgrounds.

Big exposure to sophisticated equipments and Holcim training module. After training, there is nothing much left.

All plants are at remote locations, culture is lala types. Your salary is so low that you cannot afford to do anything. You can often see managers smoking is plant that is prohibited and no one can say anything because they are kids of thermal plant managers (flyash suppliers)
