Like Nothing about this company as a Technical person. This is a sales dominated company right now, no value as a Technical person.

...ed by Sales(Even he can be your junior Sales person). Pressure are on extreme. Salary & Expenses- They will provide you salary on 1-2 weeks of next month. And expenses on 4th week of next month. Learning- It can be a Pre-Sales training for you. But nothing about technical. Company culture- Only sales Culture. It can be a big mistake in your life. Holiday and Leave- No holiday, no Sunday. Forgot about this words. Leave can be guaranteed on 'No work, No salary'. But company appoint you with 18 paid leave.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent the company policies are not good, they give not good sallary hike, and not give bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issued. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I achieved all target 🎯 but not get incentive, On the job is not given increament, bonus in two year, on the job traning is not given to new

Ourbreprting manager always support to me, with training and market relationship. I am working g with Ambuja cement as role sales executive last two years, and theses two years is very pleasure moment for me in market. Dealer growth and ARS growth being time to time. But promotion growth is stop.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but carrier growth is slow. Work pressure is average, seniors saying that, do the well Performancs we will. Promote you, but after transfer doing work hard and adding new dealers and ARS in short time, but no one promote to me as per committ. Only hearing keep try I will discussed with MH.

I had very good experience with this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
