i enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. we've had high turnover and i can feel whole team mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left.

How ever at the ground level they sometimes priorities trainees numbers only rather then focusing on quality work.

Stressed free working culture with fully freedom, set your own traget to achieve as per location. Overall very good working experience.

Continue work at same post No pramotion & appraisal. Increment is at May end, two months let but with arrears. Top management some time didn't understand ground level challenges.

Job security compared to the other companies. They’ll try their best to accommodate you instead of simply firing you.

Dislikes

No work life balance. I believe I’m underpaid according to industry standards and given my experience and qualifications. People are getting higher salaries being at similar position and locations.
