Need good hygienic accommodation and food facilities specially in redsea VBAs. Improve in communication system for all persons.

1. I have wonderful experienced of working with Ambrey Risk at various levels. I had joined this coy as an Indian Team Leader through Inter Protect Marine, Delhi in 2012 and continued till 2016 and done many successful transits at HRA. The duties which i had performed are as follows:- (a) Part of training team which includes C&G, Weapon Handling, Live Range Shooting, Physical Proficiency Tests etc. (b) Senior Manager Operations in New Delhi and successfully deployed IMSTs. (c) Member of Selection Board of Officers (conducting of Interviews for new enrollment of IMSOs. Whose primary job was to ensure - best lot of ex Indian Soldiers who can communicate in English, mentally & physically fit with proper military documents like Discharge book, Character certificate and many more. 2. On the basis of my above experienced, I can tell the following:- (a) Ambrey Risk is one of the best Maritime Security Operator across the world. (b) Maritime Security Teams are well qualified, well equipped and through professional. (c) Provides regular refresher training to its MSOs and TLs to enhance their performances on board a vessel. (d) Excellent documentation. (e) Fully Insured teams and equipment's. (f) Zero tolerance policy on consumption of liquor and drugs. (g) Strict compliance with all international code of conduct/policies like UKMTO, Use of Force, ISPS Code, SOLAS,GMDSS, BMP etc. (h) Diligently/Professionally made SOPs and its effective implementation. (i) Continuously monitering of client's vessels till the time its MSTs are on board. (j) Regular assessment of MSOs, TLs and their performances while on board and also ensured cordial relationship with the Captain,CO and other crew members of client's vessels. 3. In light of above, I would like to give 100 points out of HUNDRED. Most trust-able and reliable Maritime Security Company across the world.
