...EAR because of their Hire and Fire Policy. All staff members are few months old. They offer a package and keep 15% variable which they never give as before completing 1 year they will fire you or torture you to resign.

All seniors and HODs are outspoken and bully u if are new joinee. But don't worry u will adjust.
