Everything. Their staff is not happy with them . Poor management. So much cultural differences the finance person deduct salary of karigars for namaz time no respect for karigar no respect for employees. No fnf is given . Owner palak agrawal and keshav moondhra they both doesn't pay the fnf amount of the employee who leave because of their poor management . Owner palak Aggarwal gives you option to do part time also for her extra works and doesnt pay you after the collection done . They doesnt stick to their words . No set of rules . No paid leaves allowed no government holidays are even allowed expect you to leave your family and do just their work . Pathetic company . Totally a scam for employees . Cuts your salary even if you are late for a minute .

Nepotism, bullying, dirty politics, insolence (the owner lacked professional communication skills rather preferred yelling), partiality. Only join this firm if you lack talent and are intrested to indulge in mindless gossiping and politics, because that's what the upper management would respect you for. Being talented and skilled should be absolutely avoided at all costs!
