...ple of dealership does not like u , so u have ur phone and ur self to talk to u. All of them behave like aunties There is no pay u take one day of leave ur tagged on their group Festival leaves are also not mandatory u have to come and work on that day also. Overall it’s a shit that u will be steping into the hr does not know anything or does not know any policy ,the problem is only the partner is CA and the rest are uneducated who are not even educated. Speaking of education at ur so called alloted dealership there is not professionals u will have to fight and when i mean fight like litreally fight with them for corporation. Do not step in this shit if u like ur CV, the market knows the work is of data entry please future CAs MBAs don’t means don’t

They fire you any time If organisation want . company partner think he is god , think that he purchased employee if he give salary , they all time abusing in front of female employee also

Seniors are very caring, supportive, and helpful. Everyone in the team tries to create a gentle and peaceful environment with maintaining decent standards.

Dislikes

The pay scale doesn't match the workload. A few times I listened to stuff that wasn't a mistake of mine. I was misbehaved by the third party's employee where my working location is. No free food, no cab facility, 6 days working.

Good Learning Experience. Good Pay and Increment and stability. Supervisors are very supportive and I will get lot of opportunities to explore/work at different client project.

I still thinking For some Drawbacks because i didn't get any bad experience at Ambit

... was switched my old company with ambit, Ambit HR was very supportive with me. Policies of Ambit are quite exciting related to leaves, Refral, Excellent in appraisal and they give good salary hike and bonus every year without any partiality.

Since my working in ambit there is no such issues I have seen till now.
