Otherwise if you were hired as a salaried employee, and when you ask for your salary the He will say "Jitna tumne kaam sikha hai wo laakho spend kar do tab bhi kahin nahi milega" and that's it. So, it is only to be liked if you know that you are hired as an unpaid intern.
