Work-Life balance will be compromised, weekend support if required. Initial days weekends are compulsory for training purpose. Food is available at office and it is below average.

Job security is good at this place, flexibility is dependents on the team, some team provides good flexibility. Mostly dealing with German clients as headquarters is in Germany. In some teams onsite opportunity is there, but mostly for few months. Everything is good for onsite employees.

Dislikes

... some teams work literally every weekend. Don't expect proper corporate culture. Performance review is done April but revised salary is always from October, they hold it for almost six months, that's the company policy. If something goes wrong in that six months, your performance appraisal gets affected.

They expect us to be professional, but they won't act like it. Saturday will be a working day most probably, which they won't mention at the time of joining.

1. Good learning for freshers for first 2 years. 2. Good starting point for Freshers. 3. Onsite opportunities in Germany (but limited to very few)

Dislikes

1. Very poor work culture. Employees are expected to work for long hours and on weekends also. This becomes the main criteria for career growth here. 2. Low learning curve after initial couple of years. 3. Not suitable for experienced candidates. 4. Average salaries.

Pushing employees(especially bachelor's) to stay in office in covid time.
