When you join the please clear all the doubts from HR and talk be specifically related to time salary leave, leave encashment, taxation policy, etc because they have lot's of hidden policies which are not mentioned in joining letter. 1) After joining R&D department first thing to do is be on time and direct answer to your senior person if they are force to stop for some extra useless work otherwise you vanished your personal life. 2) Give your max 2 year's otherwise your next-generation also stuck in ambetronics. 3) Don't get any type of help from the company because it is the life time membership plan with only career growth benefits without adding personal growth. 4) if you are hard working person so stop for extra overtime without any extra pay and don't think your appraisal will be double up than the other employee just difference is macd's combo meal. 5) seniors are very capable To stop for overtime work and watch keeping with no additional skills and wall in your salary growth.

...d some act like they are the only one boss of the company..and dirty politics. Less salary and More work..as if working as 2 peoples with 4 hands.

nothing to like. work balance only life balance is hell, Motivational line- if you wanted to make your career you need to work for 24hrs. (without any extra pay)

to many points to dislike. Specially in R&D department after 7 pm mentoring session after long hours working. lunch time is your not company time: company is taking whole 9 hours form 9.30 to 6.30 and company can stop every employees till 7.00 pm compulsory. you can not talk in lunch time when you are in company premises.

1. Long working hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm on paper). Actual working hours (9:30 am to 7:30pm, 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm) 2. Over time payment for 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm = ZERO RUPEES (Basically Stealing your time and money) 3. Seniors and management are puppets of the main puppeteer( You know who) Basically their job is to squeeze out maximum juice out of you. 4. Management is very nosy about your personal life. 5. Management treats it's junior employees like school kids. 6. Management likes to check your personal mobile phone for chats. 7. Management likes to think just because they have sacrificed their entire life for this company. You should also follow the same life as them. After all they have done a BIG FAVOR by giving you the job in this company. It's a goddamn cult. 8. Typical LALA company. Avoid at all costs.

Very Nice place to work and to develop our skills and talent.Here we always get a chance to do new things and also seniors are very supportive and very well trained they dont hesitate to give knowledge to juniors. Overall i like this company.
