They promise a good salary, food, and accommodation, but it's a trap. As residential teachers, we're expected to work 15 hours a day. There are three lady staff members who hold a lot of power in the school, and we're expected to please them, not the students. If they're happy with us, we're safe. Otherwise, the lady vice principal will threaten us and force us to resign without notice period. Residential teachers should work a minimum of 12 hours a day, including Sundays. The management is horrible.Job security is very low. Even to go out we should ask permission from Lady vice principal with proper reason, if she is not satisfied with the reason staffs are not allowed to go out.

Fraud worst school worst management worst principal. This school hired me on the time of their crisis then issued the fraud offer letter and immediate after joining they started deducting my salary but after 8 months of work when I asked for my reimbursement which is clearly written in their offer letter they unethically terminate me and not given a single penny.

As am a mother so I have financial responsibility and they knew it very well but just without salary they exploit me to work for long 8 months and when I asked for my salary they terminate me without even a single mail or salary even the HR is not receiving the call MR. Rajput is the principal of the school currently and the worst person I ever worked with this school is trap so this is my suggestion to all please dont ever send your child as they will blackmail the parents to pay the extra fees or they will fail their children and dont pay salary to their employee their offer letter is completely fake dont trust them.

There was a principal named Dr Rajput who holds a fake PhD degree, used to irritate teachers and students and a lady named Mrs Jayaraj who made the school a horrible place to live in and work with . So many good staff had to leave the school because of the management. They used to deduct the salaries of the staff and was against teachers going for higher studies . Even though most of the teachers who had to leave the school from 2012-2021 brought laurels to the school ,we were all humiliated as we were not their bootlickers like others who are still caged there even after these 2 have left the place. This was an awful school and remember these 2 names as these people may be the heads of some other schools and your life will be hell if you got these 2 as your head of the school. So many teachers even passed away at work. But the departed souls were not even given homage by these management team. Cafe coffee day management is innocent as they don't know anything about this. Hope the school will bounce back.

The scenic beauty and the maintained hygiene in the school.

The employer is keeping back the certificates of the teachers. If the teachers ask permission for B.Ed, the employer ask them to submit passport, voter I-card etc. Otherwise no permission. Teachers are not allowed to leave the job without the permission of the employer. If they do so, they will not get their certificates back, not even a reliving letter. The employer makes sure that the teachers work 24/7. They have allergy with the words like Sunday... vacation... holiday.
