...ucknow with Brahaman cast and no skills ,no knowledge than best place for job. The interview will demoralize you in such a way that you will accept lower salary. Then their exploitation will start . You will not get salary for first month, your salary will be given after 20th in the second month. If you want good career in teaching this college not for you. If you just want life like laborer then welcome. Agar apko casteism wali bat pe viswash nahi to ek bar college jake check kar lijiyega. aur agar aap dusre cast ke hue aur college join kar keval exploitation hoga aur kuch nahi. mai varanasi se aake yaha fasha tha. 20-25k ke liye apko apna 12 hr dena hoga faltu logo ke liye yaha koi bhi cast dekh HOD(Brabhan) ban jata hai jabki vo NET bhi qualify nahi hai aur uske niche PHD holder kam kar rahe hai. kya kar sakte bhai majboori hai kar rahe log. HA agar apki koi majboori nahi hai to mat join kariye ye college. Degrade ho jayege yaha ke unskilled logo ke bich.

... . They will force all the teachers to call 12th pass students to get admission. If teacher denies they will cut their salary.

...rement and no appraisal but yeah only for those fawning people no job security they ask for security money of 10% of the salary for the first 6 months at the start of joining and as per their rules and regulation, that security money will be released after 1.5 years of working but they actually don't return no proper work culture- all is just showing off lot of paper work that is obviously wastage is to show that there is lot work going on during this corona pandemic and lockdown, they hold our salary from march till present and told us you are on hold just from a call. For this no paper work and no mail. they don't provide any offer letter while joining and no experience and relieving letter while resigning they charge for transport

The working environment is much comfortable among all college. The salary package is somewhere not so good. Apart from that, there is no politics and hurdle found by me. It is one of the best working places in the city.

Join if you have nothing in hand. Otherwise try to stay away from here.

Dislikes

They are just looting the students most. And only using thier employees. If they do see any of thier benefit in you. You are thrown out without even paying off for your hardworks and struggles.
