working culture is not at all good no proper colloboration in my team at least everyone is in isolated working mode no mentality to work together as a team everyone wanted to prove themselves rather than working together as a team

As I am into operations it's good enough environment and a good team to work with also I am in collections , so we have a small cute team which is good.

Dislikes

I think they should give us more overtime or bonus or insentive opportunities as we have none right now... considering we are into collections.

Good compensation, interesting work, and based on the team, a great environment to interact with smart people

Bad mechanisms for manager expectations, and opportunities for growth are heavily team/charter dependent

The salary is on the higher side as compared to the market

A lot of micro management. We never know when and how things will go downhill with respect to our performance for to excessive pressure from the management
