It's corporate busy work but they pay well and the benefits are nice. Opportunities within are vast. People are always moving around to different teams and tons of promotions available so long as you pass the interviews. It's a great company to work for but it is always busy.

Dislikes

Amazon is shameless. Everything the company does is customer-centric, but this comes at a significant cost to the people who make the customer’s orders possible. Lower level Amazon employees are extremely expendable and the company isn’t afraid to remind them that it isn’t personal, but just business. When you’re dealing with people’s lives though, it just isn't that simple.

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

Dislikes

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

Salary credited in correct time and roots location features is excellent

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)
