Everytime Sudden conference calls and updates and follow ups by Regional Managers disturbs the personal life totally.

RSU vesting 2nd year onwards, joining bonus is a plus at the beginning. But life changes post the first year drastically as increment is nil.

Work culture bureaucratic and abysmal, zero work life balance, increment in form of RSU is a hoax and its been 2+ years that the take home salary stays the same inspite of being a top performer/ smart hard working individuals.

They are increasing work day by day and decreasing salary day by day. We feel helpless sometimes. And people doesn't see a delivery associate with dignity.

Company provides all necessary materials for safety, there is no salary deduction in entire covid lockdown also compony provide extra allowance on working day .

There is absolutely none of the point for dislikes my compony , I believe this is bour child and we have to protect every day.

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.
