Good workplace for freshers as we get to learn a lot. Work culture will depend on your direct manager, it can be both good and bad. If your manager is good you will have a great work experience in Amazon.

Dislikes

Chances of promotions is very less in the Safety department as there aren't many positions. Unnecessary urgency is created to keep everyone in stress.

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers. Although I enjoy using my technical skills, I'd rather work in a position where I can also use my communication and listening skills to help customers.

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)

It is good to work in Amazon as a girl and a boy can work together. The security of Amazon is very good and the temperature there is also good.

There is a lot of work pressure in the Amazon warehouse and our PA, RA, manager make the associates do a lot of work for their promotion and threaten the associates with termination from the warehouse and many old The associate has also been terminated and the HR people of the warehouse also do not say anything. Sir please help me.
