...manager treated worker like Hitler . Company policies very good, good encentive.salary on time.medical benefits.

It is third party contract base job it's very wrong approach from Amazon . Many use less worker work in the station because of they buttering station manager . And hard working people not recognised and they fired of because of they choose hard work not buttering to the seniors. And the Amazon night shift , shift timing is very desaster( mid night 12:30).and there are many problem in Kanpur Amazon station.

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)
