...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

The people who are above L3 are miserable They feel that they are giving salary from their pocket. Too much politics in the departments. No transparency. The work culture in ATS AMZL is really not acceptable. Managers, senior managers(TM) are the political game players. wanted to do all the cheap work from their subordinates (team leads) , no respect at all. HRBP are the worst people I've seen. Zero connect with the people. They are in the pocket of the managers. In a simple words if you do "*licking*" your having a great future ahead or get ready to be on DP and be removed from the system. What ever talent you have no consideration. Especially in AP TL patch. All though this is my experience in the department and I would recommend not to go in "Amazon transportation services" ATS AMZL.

I am working with Amazon from last 4 years, I have never feel any type of partiality, there are all kind of equipment in amazon, and all facility available to associate, when it comes to safety...

When it comes about some dislike I would tell there should be good salary for associate who working long period with amazon, and also think about that person for their promotion...

The only thing i like about working in ATS is the pay. We get overtime which totally depends on the manager.

Dislikes

ATS gives the whole power to the Manager which is wrong in someways. My manager usually give me both 4am-2pm and 2pm-12am shifts in a week. Which affect my mental peace and my sleeping patterns changes every single day. He also talk to us rudely and also ask to pick the shipments and lift the boxes. Its hard to do all the physical work every day. When i got hired HR had not mentioned all these things to me neither it was mentioned in the Job description. Even after raising these issues to the HR team no action has been taken on these situations.
