Salary is not up to mark as they use us to accomplish such vendor activities everytime ... and haven't given credits for the work .... Operation Team won't give respect to Support Team such as L&D , PS , Security , H.K , RME

...management is transparent there is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilli ng company police's are good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't adressourissues salary is decent but career growth is slow therisabondof 2years before which. You cannot resign on the job training is not to news joinees

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)
