1. There is no professionalism when it comes to employee (promotion, salary or issues). Everything is driven by how far you can please your leadership. 2. Promotion is said to be employee driven but it is majorly depends on point 1. 3. People are expected to work for more than 12-15 hrs in a day and work from home is provided on an exception basis. 4. No reward or recognition 5. Frugality only applies to lower levels.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

...workload is too high and micro mangement by the team lead or manager is at peak. Salary also is very low, no value for hardworking employees, too much politics among the higher management. Can't expect promotion without politics.

Castism and locality support is higher side in this company. If have someone known on upper position then it's ok else No values of your hard work and experience.

They salary and Overtime is limitless. You can earn up to 75000 in a month with overtime and shift allowances.

Just as in other companies, In order to be in this company, you have to li**ck your manager's A**s except some. Another dislike comes from process, every time they will change the process and you'll have to learn it and start from beginning that's why " Day 1". Auditing the case and marking you down is common. They will terminate you without hesitating even if you have worked there for 3-4 years.
