Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company political are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. There is no professionalism when it comes to employee (promotion, salary or issues). Everything is driven by how far you can please your leadership. 2. Promotion is said to be employee driven but it is majorly depends on point 1. 3. People are expected to work for more than 12-15 hrs in a day and work from home is provided on an exception basis. 4. No reward or recognition 5. Frugality only applies to lower levels.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
