...dy Jassy became the CEO. The management is making poor decision after the other. Job security is a joke and the salary is utter rubbish and garbage. The Interim managers and the tenured folks are tenured by name as they have zero idea regarding process knowledge. The company has officially lost their innovative spirit. I hope that in the near future they terminate Andy otherwise the future is not looking bright

Good culture and they pay for overtime during peak season

Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.

Only the cab facility is the best.

With a lower salary, the HR might lure you in taking the job by showing a fake salary, which you won't be receiving. Managers won't respect you. No proper training, you will need to shadow your colleagues. The process keeps changing every week. There is no job security. You will be surrounded by arrogant employees .

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company
