The salary is provided on time, and there are opportunities to access courses for learning new skills. However, we often don't have time to dedicate to learning during shift hours, as this role requires us to be in front of the laptop for the entire shift.

The management is very toxic, and the leadership is performing poorly in managing metrics, making employees work like robots. The main goal of this ML Data Associate role is to teach machines how to perform annotations, which should be done by humans. However, while humans naturally make mistakes, the company expects employees to work with 100% accuracy under very tough metrics, making the job extremely stressful. There is no work-life balance, and I would definitely not recommend this job to freshers, as it could ruin their careers despite being at a big company. Please avoid.

It’s really unworth working for Amazon specifically if it is TRON as in pandemic i had no job as it was my frst job I applied and joined, but after joining i realized it was my biggest mistake, they make u work like donkeys only one hour break, u cannot even take ur eyes off screen or take ur fingers out of keyboard u have to continuously work in that, have to watch thousands of videos u need very accurate decision making skills and if employee loose their concentration and does mistake u would be put into PIP its human nature out of 1000 any human can make more than 2 error but no TRON believes u should be more than a machine or robot. I left this soon after struggling for year before then putting into PIP looking my colleagues it was my best decision to leave. Amazon cares for employees for for this specific role i have experienced the rude smes and managers even they get lot of pressure not their mistakes. go for amazon but not this specific role as I suggest i donno about other roles

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low
