...increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. This is harming employees.

Above market salary, fast paced life, quick decisions, encouraged to take bold decisions, innovations and experiments are encouraged. Argue with anyone for what you think is right .Fast growth, foreign move options to otherwise unavailable destinations.

Horrible cut throat work culture. Everybody is busy chasing their targets, may not show any nice ties of decencies while trampling over you. Mindless innovations, which will be reversed with another mindless improvement, and no accountability for failures. Quality of work become casualty as you are needed to produce truckloads of work on a daily basis. If you are sick, or having some distractions, Amazon will kick you out mercilessly. Your years of track record will be forgotten within a few months of rough patch. HR non existing, managers are more worried about their jobs, employees trying to pull-down a colleague to get few inches of lead, is Amazon for you. In a system like this, if your stars bring you a bad manager, you are sc@₹!& royally. No values, no talk of compliance, no employee friendly policies. If you can check you bank balance 3 times a day and be happy about it, you are a true Amazonian
