... is no job security at the work place. But there is lot of work discrimination .groupism is prevelant at work place dont expect much about your growth since company is at cost cutting and it is increasing stress day by day every day on employees.

The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.
