Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Fresh Prints

Hello, I received an offer from Fresh Prints for the role of Inside Sales Associate. However, when I review the job role and the company in general, the reviews are bothersome. Reviews of people getting fired without proper rhyme and reason. There are also reviews about micromanagement and concerning actions from the leadership. All these reviews are making me wonder if I should take the offer. While the pay is vastly higher in comparison to my current one but I do not want to be stuck in a toxic workplace.
