My manager was good.. Healthy communication and work-life balance in starting but soon it started to deteriorate.

Dislikes

They started calling everyone back to office despite the fact that many of the work don't require to be present in office and as salary for some employees is very less .. so to live in a new state with minimal salary is not that good.

Low salary for non tech roles. Recruitment process is the worst. They never wait for your notice period and also, don't negotiate salaries. IJP is just for name sake.

The talent often goes unrecognized, you don't get promotion no matter how much hard work you put, there's limited exposure to external tools and experiences which can hinder your ability to explore new job opportunities in the broader professional landscape, clear communication from leadership is never provided.

...is amazing, I don't think any other company will provide this much comfort zone. They provide amazing bonus and goodies. Compensation plan used to get revised every year with 8-20% hike.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities for l3 employees, if you are a l3 from last 10 years even they won't bother. They will hire new candidates from different colleges but won't provide any growth opportunity.
