Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Dislikes

...increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. This is harming employees.

Since amazon is such a large company, it can be a very competitive job market. There is quite an intense job application an interview process, so you will need to find a way to stand out to the hiring manager. Although it can be difficult to land an amazon company job. it is totally possible.
