I did like lead the team and maintain the work and achieve my target and safety department was so good and h. r. So good , care the candidates. My 1 max year overall experienced with Amazon very nice . Compony policies was good, apparaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I dislike the management, salary is good but career growth very slow .

It's is a school bench for beginners. We can learn team management, fast working, handling metrics, learning different kinds of minds, smart working methods, Good culture of safety,getting new ideas in work environment, feel free HRBP.

Dislikes

...ends on your teammates. Even there is not any place without politics now a days. When come to salary, It depends on your level. Amazon gives important to new ideas from ground level. Some times it will show more impact on critics. Work -life balance no words !!!

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.

Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Dislikes

...increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. This is harming employees.

Wfh and advance salary options. They are given other benefits that boosts the moral of employees

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon
