The implementation of a somewhat arbitrary 14-point policy is noticeable, selectively enforced based on convenience. The quality of group meetings is subpar. The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Good work environment and company policies are good, and they give good salary and I'm so excited to join in this company

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

I think I like the way company teaches you think and do invest a lot in you . They always encourage you to be updated and will give you that comfort that you can enjoy.

... is no job security at the work place. But there is lot of work discrimination .groupism is prevelant at work place dont expect much about your growth since company is at cost cutting and it is increasing stress day by day every day on employees.

The only thing good here is salary and other perks are better than other companies

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.
