Compensation wil be good in intial days of your career but forget about growth.

...not promote you from L3 to L4 but give you goal which should have done by an L4. While your pay is L3 and your profile is also L3 you are expected to handle your daily work as well work on those goal also maintains your performance metrics. There will be no support from leadership they will continuous reminder you that you are just an L3. In these days you will be working 12 hrs daily even on weekends still there will no chance that they will promote you.

So for the dislikes are concerned, I must say everything. Most importantly the salary, it is not being provided seeing the market inflation and how tough it is to survive, the salary is dependent on their budget.

No skill up- enhancement Boss culture rather than Leader Career growth is slow More of a people management on operations rather than upgrading tech

The leadership is not at all supoortive. If you are a person whos health is not supportive. Fake promises will be provided in abundance in my project specifically. Its a fabricated BPO. Beware of projects you are hired for.
