compensation is decent, but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high .Some times i have to work to14to18 hours straight in dy as i have to attend client calls in the evening and slometimes late into the night .managers do not value and individuals unique streeeeeegths , which is which is why i hve to take back my suggestions most of the times . i do receive appreciation emails from my clientm but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid -year apprisals. also there is no on-job training for freshers

The only thing good here is salary and other perks are better than other companies

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.
