... friendly, as far as you work hard and honestly there will be long job security. About career growth in amazon is slow yet it's provide good salary. There is almost no politics...work environment is excellent amazon has zero tolerance policy on harassment and at the last I get two weekly off so it becomes easier to matain work-life balance.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .

No work life balance. Work process is very unclear and it is only expected that associates have to apologize to the customers multiple times on a call to get a yes , even the idea of this is absurd
