Salary is good according to market standards.

Dislikes

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Job security is really 5 stars because at time of covid Amazon didn't layoff or didn't cut the salary.

Dislikes

They could have improve the benifits of food either by increasing the food card amount or by providing free food.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Dislikes

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.

Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin.
