Good salary and benefits. Everything is structured organised and they have a lot of things very well thought of and defined.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic, lot of role creeps and overloaded responsibilities, bad work life balance, least empathy for employees and work is not very technical. They don't want to experiment or invest into technologies that might improve something unless it's already proven by someone else. Best example LLM. Overall Amazon is not a tech company it's just another corporate who wants to make money through technology.

With the exception of salary-related disparities that also exist within the hierarchical levels, the working environment at Amazon India is distressing. It lacks adequate work-life balance, necessitating the review of emails even late at night due to the centralized control from Seattle, which operates during typical sleep hours. The implementation of a somewhat arbitrary 14-point policy is noticeable, selectively enforced based on convenience. The quality of group meetings is subpar. The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Good work environment and company policies are good, and they give good salary and I'm so excited to join in this company

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Amazon culture is good and previously it used to provide multiple opportunities for everyone.

Salary is stangent. Freshers salary has not increased in the last 10 years. No benefits of meals. No learning, growth opportunities

Changes in management had made ppl worse, Ppl are hired without the required skill sets. Ppl from Call Center are being hired for HR operations. Employees had good perspective about the company before Covid and but after moving to WFH changed due to hiring unskilled staffs into management and on top work security is very bad.
