Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

Very low salary compared to others Work life balance is low No hike No cultural or fun activities Only work no other internal activities Work hard get more task than others Work hard than anyone and get reward worth 2k (so better don't work hard)

People, opportunity to learn and get visibility on other departments

Salary compensation, they trick you in terms of giving joining bonus, though once it is over it does get compensated with appraisal but in reality you will take home same for straight 3 years and then it will reduce.

Work-life balance is missing, HR is non-existent and office politics is worse than anywhere else. The top leadership is abusive and cares little for employees.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.
