...ensation and salary it too limited and growth rate according to work is too low. Work pressure is too high not justified as per salary package ..my mean salary is low as per work profile. Growth level is too slow.

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

The company culture is quite amazing. People's opinions are respected. You get a lot of leaves in terms of SL, CL, and AL and at L4 or higher level while availing these leaves you don't have to give a reason for that. Amazon has free LinkedIn Learning as well as a lot of KNET modules for both tech and non-tech domains. All the festivals are pompously celebrated in offices especially if you're from the operation's team.

The major dissatisfaction is the salary structure where we have an illusion of high CTC but the in-hand salary is peanuts in comparison to others. The new joiners at L4 or higher level have a joining bonus which stops after 2 years and they keep your base salary low. All the increment happens on your already low base pay. If you see the Stocks aka RSUs are vested over 4 years with cycles of year 1 - 5%, year 2 - 15%, year 3 - 40%, and year 4 - 40%. But the stocks are allocated so late that it effectively takes 5 years to vest all the RSUs offered at the joining. If you do not get a promotion within 1st 2 years, you will see a drop in salary due to the stoppage of the joining bonus. Your salary will increase within those 4 years if you get a promotion otherwise either it will drop or remain the same. Also, earlier the promotions were quarterly declared so a lot of internal promotions were available. now the policy has changed where promotions will be available only when openings are there.

Lots of opportunities to learn. Lots of teams to work for. Good base pay if you are promoting internally. You have internally job portal to move to different teams.

No work life balance No work from home, mandatory work from office. Sometimes we work alone on whole floor due to people on rotational shifts and offs Too much micro management No job security, no matter how good performance you have, evey year team should remove 1 or 2 people and the person could be anyone You need to use own time if you want to do some interesting project Many of the roles on job portal are actually on hold or decided for someone You will see the job responsibilities will be different after you join the team
