Amazon currently has no vision how to move forward. The leadership is clueless on what to bring in, they living far away from reality...in a market that's fast changing they expect teams to find out answers on why the sky is blue. One obvious answer is its already been proved that sky is blue by multiple physicist but they will ask it has to be proved by amazon way of doing it thus creating redundant work. I truly doubt how the leadership can be so naive in their thinking process, they don't even use their products themselves which is one main reason why they need surveys to understand their own app and it's flaws.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Job security is really 5 stars because at time of covid Amazon didn't layoff or didn't cut the salary.

They could have improve the benifits of food either by increasing the food card amount or by providing free food.
