Salary is good according to market standards.

Dislikes

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Salary and overtime credited on time. Learning department there to support for any work /task related knowledge or training to be provided to candidate.

Un wanted fuss by managers over petty things irrelevant to the performance or the projects.

Good work environment and company policies are good, and they give good salary and I'm so excited to join in this company

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Very much not good. Teammates are supportive but boss treat like dog . Company policy are good

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues.salary is different but career growth is slow.
