Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.

No promotion in terms of money. The process is not at all structured. Repetation of work which consumes your bandwidth and is super draining. Apart from the work you are hired for, you will have to take up projects which will be monitored.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.
