...e and the management is transparent. There is a huge platform for future growth.And also company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Managers in my department are sometimes very rude and personal, they do not give leaves. They do very dirty politics in bringing other team members down. Sometimes they even humiliate their own team members by putting allegations against them. Even Operation managers are useless if you go to complain them about the management. They will manipulate you and prove you wrong. They consider themselves as Gods. My personal experience in this department is the worst.
