The earlier management was fantastic, it was a pleasure working with the organisation. From the time the new management has joined it has become the worst place to work. The new management is pathetic, unethical

There is no work ethics, all of my team members were being laid off recently. please don’t join this shit company. It’s even more pathetic to work here than you can imagine. Company has no work ethics. HR is the worst you’ll ever see in any corporate. MX Player is absolutely shit. No recognition no job security, No respect for their employees. A complete waste of time and life.

Work culture at MX is amazing friendly colleagues. Company policies are made by keeping in mind how it will benefit their employees. Everything is good here.

Shifting priorities, not a lot of good people in management, kindof feels like they don't care about the people. Delayed appraisals every year, if you don't have a good manager, you won't get a good appraisal. HR is non existent, they won't reply for weeks.
