I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Only one . on time salary thatsol.

Managment syatem is very bad. HR system also not good. Plz ask individual problem. emargency problems not solved. HighParshality, Work purpose salary in not satisfied. No timings, No carring, Company asking 100% work, But salary not satisfied. Asking 12 hours work Salary giving only 8 hours work No timings morning starting time 9:30am Evening leaving time ,7:30 to 10 pm under Branch wise problem not solved. Managment system earing only team leader level. Employee problem not solved. Am struggling 11 years.
