In this company we just like salary on time .and benefits for learners persons who want to learn tricks or management of supplies and handling manpower.

Actually there is no any policy in backend.they just do for sales because they give him time to time attractive incentive or other things and for backend nothing.and on the name of increments they just do Formality like 700 that's it and management can't behave as a respective manner.so overall all my experience for management is poor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It's good for new person because he teach about the sales and if you learn about the sales then you grow on I think that is the best part of this this company and no more speciality of this company

He don't respect his employees only follow the interaction of sales head person I told that because I face there more issue when I can't explain here he have hr department but only for counting not for work and your job carrier not any time he out because he force you to leave that company and you have not any choice if you told hr department then he told you
