You will get the promotion only if you are good with your managers and do what ever they say without even asking a question. Moreover after leaving Amazon you won't be getting any more opportunities because there won't be any progress or new learnings from your experience. If you want to develop some skill and make worthy of it don't join Amazon . Amazon is only good for people who want job security and monthly salary.

Career growth is difficult, Rotational shifts and week offs leave no work life balance, they will put you in PIP or development plans even when you are working well just to meet the quota. Monotonous work

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

...etitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.

Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

...ng initial Tenure. If you want to spoil your career then only Join Amazon Noida. You will end up with 25k salary with no Growth and Poor Health after 5 years of Experience in Amazon Noida as an L2 or L3 Never Join.. It's better to waste your time doing nothing instead of working at L2 or L3 in Amazon. Join only if you get L4 and above. Leadership people are Big Liars.. They only focus on their own Growth, Own Profits by doing cost cutting and take maximum output from L2 and L3
