Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

It's better to waste your time doing nothing instead of working at L2 or L3 in Amazon. Join only if you get L4 and above. Leadership people are Big Liars.. They only focus on their own Growth, Own Profits by doing cost cutting and take maximum output from L2 and L3
