Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

...ng initial Tenure. If you want to spoil your career then only Join Amazon Noida. You will end up with 25k salary with no Growth and Poor Health after 5 years of Experience in Amazon Noida as an L2 or L3 Never Join.. It's better to waste your time doing nothing instead of working at L2 or L3 in Amazon. Join only if you get L4 and above. Leadership people are Big Liars.. They only focus on their own Growth, Own Profits by doing cost cutting and take maximum output from L2 and L3

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

It's all about the work culture, I find it very employee centric and Amazon has this wonderful culture of giving opportunities to learn and Excel in all the levels irrespective of their position in the company.

It's about the work-life balance and the salary which I find very less compared to the job market and appraisal is not as so expected.
