...ulture and management. No micromanagement at all at least in the process I work. Salary is good. Amazon really takes care of their employees and you will get recognition for your outstanding performance. Pretty laid back leave policy.

Dislikes

Hybrid mode with 2 days office and I am always for permanent remote work mode. I don't understand the need to even come to office except to meet your colleagues to chit chat instead of working, I don't see any improvement in productivity. For serious and genuine employees,working from home always bring more results besides giving peace of mind, lesser expense, great work-life balance and other more benefits.

...is awesome, no dress codes, no limit on WFH or leaves, superb work life balance. Great salary and benefits.

Only one, Amazon India is becoming more like operations nowadays and less innovation are taking place due to high work volume, hence it's not allowing the employees to be more innovative.

No promotion as per your tenurity, Performance standards are so difficult to achieving, Amazon day by day trying to layoffs the employees, Work load increasing for all the employees managers, even though operation manager..

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.
