Lot has changed in Amazon for the past 2 years it's not the same company because growth has been stagnant lot of office politics and every quarter there will be new alignment in the teams

It's a well secured job, work culture and balance is good.. overall apart from package all good.

It's all about with whom u work with, if you have a good manager you are blessed, else frustration is at the raise

Work is nice. There is good compensation and benefits provided.

Dislikes

There is no job security and the work politics between levels and managers is very prevalent in the company. No career growth unless you stick it up the the managers and higher level. No worth being good in the company. Cheating and loyalty towards few chosen people only works.
